"If I could a 0 or -5 I would. I moved into these apartments as my first apartment moving to Green Bay. Obviously being new to Green Bay I did not know much about the location but I needed a home. The first few months were absolutely fine. Then management left. Then maintenance left. This was over a year ago and we still have gotten no answer or update if we even have a manager. We used to be able to call to speak to a manager, nope not anymore. We can not get ahold of anyone for anything. So much violence happening over here and people being unsafe. I’ve become scared to leave my apartment and that’s just not cool for anyone. No one here has respect for anyone living around them. They just simply don’t care about anything and that is management I’m speaking of. I’ve tried multiple times to speak to someone but the only people you can actually get through to are the police, and then they hardly do anything because they are sick and tired of being over here all the time. Only reason I’m still here is because i can’t afford anywhere else. Places are so expensive."

"We lived here since many years. Now since last year the management has been taken by Feldman Real Estates. Earlier it was with Judy and her husband. But now since the new management, the neighborhood has started to become cleaner and the new management is also updating every apartment as the apartments are getting empty and then new tenants come up. Our apartment was not been updated as we were living there. The management handles maintenance orders as quickly as possible. They have also installed new bright lights everywhere in the buildings (in earlier management lights were dim and some were not working) As lights make a big difference in overall look of the building. Much work still needs to be done, but the location is very very good, literally walking distance from all important stores we can imagine. So I have given three stars. Hoping for even more improvements. Thanks !"
