The apartments and grounds are well maintained, snow removal is quick and effective. The few repairs we have needed over the years have been very fast. Should we ever need to move we will be looking at Lexington properties first."

"15 month update, upstairs neighbors had more than allowed people and there was never a time when they were not loud. Don’t expect your deposit back. Brand new furnace filter but still got charged. Washed carpet still got charged. Place was spotless. Mice in garage. Dumpster area is disgusting and usually unsafe, waited till Monday to dump garbage. 5 day notice to vacate if you don’t pay water bill. Cold and unfriendly once lease is signed. Christine & Stacy made the application process, unit selection and the move in fast, Informative and pain free. I love my new place. I love my new place. Unit was very clean for move in. Responsive, Professional and pleasant."

"Don’t expect to get your full deposit back. After two separate cleans to clean all the areas that they requested we do. You still will get charged a cleaning fee."

"If you have housing assistance, do not move in these appartmnent. You will get scammed!!! They will tell you that they accept housing but once you move in, they wont work with ICS. Not trashing anyone, just saving you some headache. RESPONSE: Sorry, my fault that you signed "request for tenancy approval", which specifically states that you will rewrite the lease and then walked back on it. My apologies."
