When we needed maintenance for a minor thing, Mark was on it right away. Aaron and Mark both have been a pleasure to work with! Courteous, friendly and always helpful! Highly recommend!"

"Incompetent management! They claim not to have information to make their decision on your application. Out of 20 years of renting I've never heard that one before, even spoke with two higher up people in the company and they didn't know what was going on with the application.even though I've been accepted somewhere else they did tell me a few things they saw which they didn't have to include that information but that goes to show you some managements actually care and not just money hungry! Definitely will keep their name the back of my head in case I have to rent in the future!"

"I had a horrible experience with these apartments. My downstairs neighbors were loud 24/7, had at least 10 people living there (illegally, these were 1-2 people apartments), were disrespectful (mainly due to sexual harassment), and I had a terrible experience with staff. Needless to say, I couldn't wait to move. I went through several landlords and even more maintenance people in the year I spent there. They were rude and not reliable. I was also accused of breaking rules several times, which I never did. I'm assuming it was a way to get more money out of me or keep my security deposit. My safety was always in question (again - due to neighbors) and I used to barricade my door and I had pepper spray on me at all times. I was told this was a smoke-free building, but later found out people who were grandfathered in could smoke if they wanted to (and smoke weed apparently). I would never recommend these apartments or this area to anyone."
