"My wife and I moved in to Canterbury Creek Apartments shortly after we got engaged. We were looking for a nice place to live and save money for our wedding. We appreciated how well the property grounds were maintained. The grass was always green throughout summer months and trimmed neatly. In the winter, we thought the snow removal team did an exceptional job of working to clear snow out of the way after a significant snowfall. Our 1 stall garage was plenty big to fit a shelving unit, a motorcycle and one of our cars. The other car remained out all year, but we never had an issue finding parking outside of my building. We lived in a building close to the highway. It could get loud at the busy travel times of the day, but with windows closed it could hardly be heard at all. Our one bedroom unit was plenty big for us. We enjoyed having an island in the kitchen and having a washer/dryer in the unit as well. We got along with our neighbors very well. They were very nice and fun to talk to. We never had any issues with the office/management/maintenance staff members. Everyone we interacted with was very friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to resolve any issues that came up. After living here for 1 year, we are now leaving Canterbury Creek Apartments because we got married and closed on a house 2 weeks later. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend to anyone who is thinking about applying. Thank you for everything Canterbury Creek Apartments!"
