"We lived in these townhomes 3 years. The majority of our time was happy and easy. When the business was bought by a new management company earlier this year, things didn’t change immediately. We had a good manager who WAS a HUMAN and cared for HUMANS. When this wonderful manager moved states, everything went to HELL in this place, including the new management’s treatment of residents. We ended up having to move because they decided they wouldn’t renew our lease. We asked for proof and information of Mold being tested and cleaned. It is WELL within a tenants’ rights to know ANY CHEMICAL sprayed or used in their dwelling. It is also reasonable to ask AND know how the management and/or their team is cleaning ANYTHING or the testing method used, so that you can have an understanding. Any management telling you otherwise or treating your questions as burdensome SHOULD NOT BE IN MANAGEMENT. Not one expecting to keep a ‘quality’ name. Yes, so with just over2 months left on the lease, we have to find a new place to live. There was nothing. Nothing in our price. Nothing in our schools. Then there was just no point in being in Wisconsin at all. We had to move entire states, with them on our backs CONSISTENTLY, while we were still there. Those grown up members of management ended up refusing to even communicate with us. LITERALLY. We miss our neighbors and our schools. Nothing would EVER be worth signing with these individuals, though. Nothing. They ruined the last 6 months we had in Sun Prairie. They’ve also raised the rent, I can see, while changing virtually NOTHING. When other people smoke pot (in ANY OF THE 5 HOUSES ATTACHED) , the ILLEGAL SMELL and SMOKE comes up through the basement AND FILLS YOYR ENTIRE 2 story house. You can hear entire conversations basement to basement, or half bath-to-half bath. The heat is ENTIRELY electric and very expensive. The Lots of good drafty places for cold to flood in. The one in-wall A/C unit, can’t even get the kitchen cool. We had a standard fridge until it broke. It was replaced with a fridge no taller than I am, from an empty 2 bed unit. We were a 5 person family all along, in a 3 bed. This was obviously NOT what we signed on for, to or with. It couldn’t house our food for a school week. They never did give us a fridge the appropriate replacement size. We asked for lock replacement, because the knob lock wasn’t turning well, even just with the key. When they came with a replacement, the new lock only had a deadbolt, instead of both. It never EVER felt safe or secure. They never warned us that THAT would be part of the change, even though it was their PLAN because others had locked themselves out with a knob lock. WE NEVER DID THAT. We never ever called about a lock at all, before trying to get ours replaced for ill-function. I would have felt better with the old non-smooth lock, than one that doesn’t keep people out, but that didn’t matter to THEM. It’s an ok place to live, but this management team is not worth even a BIT of the townhouse. Not a bit. I hope my friends can move soon. P.S. I heard that dog poo in the back yard and on the back porch, was blamed on US when we left... We had NOT ONE PET in ALL OUR YEARS in Sun Prairie. Not even a fish. We had a LITERAL ROBOT DOG. 1/5 ⭐️ DO NOT RECOMMEND **Edit: post response You speak with venom spitting from your lips. Even now. You twist things so jaggedly, that the original truth is hardly there. I hope things are improving but don’t look to me for inspiration for your exaggerated knife throwing, or what I can only imagine is hopes for success handled unprofessionally. You’re the business owner. Your response was wretched. I’d have been open to a message from you asking that I consider deleting my review. I would have, because it is emotionally charged. But your response is excessively unprofessional, and aims at hurting actual people. My review is obviously emotional and people don’t build their basis on that. They’re smart enough to move on to the next one. But I hope they take your response into great consideration."

"Chelsea, in management is nothing short of spectacular. Being able to work with her has made our lives as residents, and honestly, as people so much easier. Chelsea always lends a listening ear and then does the best she can to help you fulfill the needs you have as a resident. Maintenance needs are quickly and efficiently dealt with by an incredible maintenance staff, friendly and always willing to offer help. I recommend the location as they have made many physical improvements and you can not be better taken care of as a resident."
