"In the near decade of living in the Madison area after moving from rural WI, I am pleased to finally be able to say I’ve renewed my lease at an apartment! Due to either connivence for work/school/kid, or just NOT enjoying my apartment I have never wanted to renew my lease, until now! I enjoy living in more homey places, being from rural Wisconsin originally. Even tho this is a “corporate” leasing agency they have made me feel more at home than my private landlords in the past. They also treat everyone the same, rules aren’t bent for anyone, but they treat you with kindness. I’ve lived here since they began building and I’ve really enjoyed it. They’ve added so many cool things. A gated dog park, a gated dog field, a self serve car wash station with a vacuum. A DOG WASH STATION? The pool is always full of fun. This is also the first apartment complex like this I’ve lived at where I not only know my neighbors name but we are friends! Kelsi, Sean, Mike, and every staff member have all been very kind to my and my son. I appreciate them immensely and truly enjoy living here. Great place for families, young couples or individuals."
