"Do not rent here. Everything that can break does. Cheaply made, our front door hangs crooked and wind whips through it. Electrical is not up to code box is too small for size of townhouse. Furnace is also to small for size of townhouse. The electric bill is outrageous because of this! Our trash can has been stolen twice now and instead them getting us another one the told us to go look for it because it probably blew away. Walls are thin and you can hear everything. Neighbors constantly fight and management let's them stay, even though they haven't paid rent. For 1545 a month it is not worth it! Cheaply and poorly made! Yes they look great on outside and inside but don't let that deceive you! It's a hoax to get you to rent. When our lease is up in 2020 I'm bailing out of here. This place is a toxic and stressful environment! Management sucks!"
