"Cute apartment living, but no way to regulate the heat"

"It's tough. I really liked this place up until the last couple months. My wife and I bought a house, and asked them if they wouldn't mind prorating us for the month we won't be using it. They didnt. Which is fine, most places won't until after you have spent the year. But then we started having issues with our dryer, and the communication, and service provided was sub-par at best. The service tech they sent; •Left out apartment in a mess twice (dust everywhere, our stuff moved about, threw our clothes etc.) •Did not communicate with us when he was coming, or if he fixed the problem after he left. •At one point when my wife was home, he swore in front of her, about the machinery (super not professional) When I brought this to their attention, they didn't do anything about it. They didn't compensation us for time lost in cleaning up after their tech, nor did they offer any solutions (i.e. tell us we didn't have to clean up after ourselves since we cleaned up after their tech.) Please do not rent here. It is not worth it."

"Nice property"

"New Property including washer and dryer in each apartment and underground parking. The buildings are concrete construction and very quiet. I have lived here for about 4 -5 years, The rent increases at about 2% per year and when compared to other property of similar quality the rental prices check out as in the market value range for a nice place like this. Maintenance of the apartment is good with furnace filters changed and smoke detector batteries changed regularly. If you have a problem submitting a work order is easy and DSI who manages the property does a great job and getting any issues taken care of promptly. You can for an extra fee bring in a cat or small dog. The neighbors won't appreciate a dog that barks relentlessly but so far DSI has managed any of those kinds of problems very well. Only one area I think they could do better would be to take a look at the landscaping and do some restoration of the original flowers and patching of the dog spots. Many in the near by condos say DSI takes better care of the property than how their condo landscaping is cared for. Be aware their is a sports bar across the street. Noise is not a problem but you will have people parking all over the city streets on Thursday and Friday Nights. I gave it 5 stars, its not a budget apartment. Its a more costly but nicer apartment."
