"My husband and I have lived here for over a year and a half. We reside on the second floor, which is the top floor, in one of the apartment buildings. We have one underground parking space and we pay for a second one during the winter months. There is always a place to park in the outdoor lot. We have always been impressed with their quick response to maintance issues. Things are kept up nicely around the property and in each apartment. We had some old sky lights that we were having issues with. We let our on-site manager know and a few days later they came and replaced them with knew ones! They have an on-site manager who responds quickly to calls and seems truly interested in your needs. Our apartment is very quiet and we have a long balcony. We have plenty of closets and space. We even have a large walk-in closet. We have been really happy here and otherwise have no negtive comments. It is a great location to commute in to madison (and janesville and stoughton)"

"I love it here! Peaceful with scenic views, yet very convenient location! it is close to highway 14 so getting to Madison is quick! The property manager Marge is wonderful. She is there for you for anything you need, and takes care of any issue right away. The property is kept up meticulously... the hallway, laundry room and yard are always clean and look nice. This place is a great deal! anything like this in madison would be way more expensive!!"
