"Since 1999 after signing a lease, once known as the Nobhill Apartments, and currently being a current resident of 25 years here at S.O.A.P. (Seven Oaks Apartments Property) it takes patience, understanding, optimism and respect to adhere to the many changes I have experienced. This property received much-needed upgrades, renovations some 9 Years ago. You'll be living 10 minutes away from Downtown Madison, 20 minutes from the Dane County Regional Airport, quick access to the East/West Beltline highway, 10 minutes from the I-90/94 interchange, 5 minutes from the Alliant Energy Center, an abundance of grocery, restaurants, hotels, and retail stores close by, you will be able to ride, board a Madison Metro bus at your doorstep or if you're a fitness person who enjoys a simply jog, bike ride, a hike to the nearby Dane County Lake Farm/Goodland Parks and Capital City trail systems that's a few minutes away and is truly a unique, breathtaking scene. Now, it's also about the diversity, attitudes, behaviors, delays, accountability, adjustments and improvements that are ALL a part of our community here at S.O.A.P. We're like a small municipality with over 800 tenants. You can't imagine what is offered here, unless you've rented here. Is it perfect, ideal or comfortable? Not exactly, good luck finding that kind of boring neighborhood anywhere here in Madison, WI. But whatever it is you want, need, I am certain it can be found here. Of the 3 property management owners I have experienced over a quarter of a century, this current team is top knotch. Brandy has coordinated a team that will listen, take actions and accommodate all of your expectations. Is it a plumbing issue, a family oriented recreational event, loud neighbors with stereo hifi system, an Easter egg hunt, a sticky garage door, a Christmas party, a barking dog, a Halloween costume party, or financial rental difficulties, she's got you covered. She's very passionate and alongside with her team, they together have a valued interest and investment with our community family here at S.O.A.P. Did you also know, we have access to our very own M.P.D. community resources officer to answer a whole bunch of questions about safety, security or challenge you to a game of bingo. Simply put, ALL of these professionals get stuff done very quickly and they take great care of us. I don't worry about much living here, its safe, clean and maintained. And if I ever do need something, all I have to do is ask for assistance. Now I chose 4 out of 5 stars to challenge the upper executives who own this property and invite them to visit their tenants more frequently for Q and A like townhall sessions. Also, may I suggest, financial bonuses for Brandy's entire team, because they are doing a superb job here at S.O.A.P!!! Yes don't hesitate to rent here and act fast, put it on your bucket list, because I've heard occupancy rate is high, tight here. Good luck with your rental adventure."

"Being at Seven Oaks has given me the opportunity to have renters exercise without a roommate or co-sign since I didn’t have anyone to do it with or for me. It costed me a bit for the deposit but it was worth it. It does suck to not have a washer and dryer and a dishwasher in a studio apartment when I’m always busy with work and school. But it’s good living here. I haven’t had any trouble with any of the neighbors and still don’t know everyone in the building. But it’s great for a first time renter."

"I have lived at the 7 Oaks Apartments for the past two years and it has been a good time. The property management team is always friendly and communicative. They also print out a monthly newsletter for tenants to let them know what events are going on at the complex. Every other Wednesday/Thursday there is a food bank truck that visits giving away free groceries for anyone who needs them; which has been a lifesaver in this economy. Also, the community programs are exciting and a great way to get to know some of your neighbors! Keep in mind these are apartments so noise levels vary depending on the day of the week. (The weekends can get a bit noisy) But overall, I had no issues with my neighbors, nor they with me. One of the most important things; however, is that if you communicate with the property management team, they truly appreciate it. I had a few hard months with job changes and rent uncertainty, but whenever I told the property management team they were willing to go above and beyond within the terms of the lease to ensure that I wasn't evicted. (Note: I always paid within the 5 day notice) I really have no complaints with my time spent here and if you are looking for your next reasonably affordable apartment within Madison, Seven Oaks is your best bet!"
