"Really enjoy this building. I rented one of the fully renovated units and it's perfect. Much better price than surrounding buildings which are more dated. The pool is always crystal blue and the stoops are always shoveled. John the manager is a very nice guy."
"I went to celebrate a young lady who turned 10 years old which was important. The time was about 3:45PM on Easter but the neighborhood across the hall was horrible. She crabbed about visiting, noise, there was only family besides me and the noise was on the low side except for the singing which is understandable for being happy. The person's apt was nice."
