"I recently put a review up about these apartments, i now retract what i said and have some new comments. if you like having to wait a month to get your maintenance request handled, your water randomly shutting off after business hours, people in the leasing office that don’t seem to care about the residents, no guest parking, people who don’t even live here parking in your PAID parking spot for an hour then this is the place for you! seriously consider your options before signing a lease. i loved it when i first moved in but now with a new management company i don’t know if i’ll be renewing my lease."

"Great apartment! We love the space for the price and really like the high ceilings. We've received many compliments on the apt from people who've come over. They keep up on maintenance keep it clean every week. Construction is happening next door as they're expanding the apt complex so that's not the greatest. Pet friendly!"

"I have lived here for the past three months and I am very happy here. The one maintenance issues was resolved in a timely manner and the maintenance staff here is pretty darn good. Hats off to the office staff who are extremely responsive always polite, courteous and attentive to our needs. The rent is affordable and the property is, for the most part kept clean. I was attracted to this property because of its historic design and vibe."

"I've lived here for almost a year now with my wife and dog. It really has exceeded our expectations on a home. We always get compliments on how nice our apartment is from our friends and guests. There's plenty of space to walk dogs and they also have the dog waste stations in a couple spots. There's elevators and carts to carry your groceries or to help with moving. The management is really nice and very responsive to any issues that come up. Only down sides are the construction noises in the mornings on the newer buildings that are getting fixed up, the water drains kinda smell sometimes, the lack of visitor parking (which they are already addressing), and the room temperature is a little hard to control. Overall, it's a great place to live and I would recommend it to anyone. Oh and we pay about 1400 with the pet rate."
