"Decent condos. A bit hard to find because of their newness though. After living here a year, I've found they're cheaply constructed. The single-pane windows have condensation on the inside when it gets cold outside. The flooring is laid down over concrete it seems, floors get very cold in the winter and stay cold. The faucets get a black slime on them constantly due to an over abundance of minerals, when it snows most of the time it doesn't get plowed/shoveled for 24 hours. For the amount of money paid to rent I'd expect a much better place with prompt services."
