"I’ve been a resident going on two years. Excellent location and truly unique two floor units. The building is old, so there are frequent water repairs, etc."

"Assistant manager Brandyn Elkin is the exact opposite of helpful. His communication is poor and approaches issues one-sided. He once suggested doing wall repairs in our unit when it was -30 degrees outside, which would have exposed our unit to the harsh cold air. Given that during the end of our stay I had not heard from him for a while, I sincerely hope he no longer works for you. Excessive construction on and surrounding the building. One of the surrounding buildings which New Land owns. Both of these caused noise and parking issues, as well as debris falling and being blown inside of the units. New Land did nothing to reach out to its tenants in order to alleviate any of these issues. Not even a message that said 'thank you for bearing with us'. Laundry machines are ridiculously expensive and constantly broken. Elevator slow and often not working as well."
