"This place is infested with roaches your neighbors have bed bugs. I was consistently finding them coming through the base boards on glue traps in my unit along with dead roaches scattered in the hallway. pest control searched my place for about 2 minutes then left saying there was no problem. Not only that, but the shower head being held together with duct tape only trickled hot water, and management did nothing about it because “everyone had the same problem and there’s nothing they could do to fix it”. You will he stuck with taking cold showers. My mail and packages were stolen within the “secure” building and in front of cameras, and when I contacted management about it they didn’t do a thing. Do not rent here."
"Roaches were crawling around my first day of moving in. Exterminator was not much help and didn’t show up for about a week. Roach problem continued and despite constant reports to my building super was never really acknowledged. Eventually laid down my own roach traps. Ceiling in closet near bathroom suddenly started leaking and had mold. Took months before anyone took my complaints seriously and they ripped out the molded ceiling and fixed the leak. Took another month or so of complaining for them to actually repair the ripping out ceiling and clean all the debris they left on my floor. Construction randomly started in the hall right outside my first floor apartment, no warning was given and no timeline was shared. Went on for two or three months before I finally moved out. Construction would start at 6 in the morning every weekday, and I always worked til 11pm the previous night. It was a nightmare. Those complaints being said, I loved the size and price of the apartment. It was a comfy place to live, the area is great, and it’s within walking distance to everything you’d need. I just wish management was better at building upkeep and responding to complaints."
