"I wish I could give you guys half a star. You charge a fee for everything, you came in and bought my nice apartment and then charged me for a cat ive had in the apartment for over a decade. Not to mention you now charge us for heat and a lot of other things that were included prior to your regime style take over."

"Joseph property took over the building I've been living in for 7 years. Not only did they increase my rent by more than double what it's increased all these years, we are now responsible for numerous bills we never had to pay before (heat, trash, water, etc). They did not make us aware they would be making these changes until our lease renewal, with no time to find a new place to live so we were stuck accepting these ridiculous changes."

"They evicted us and wouldn't even accept money to let us stay. They found out that I am supposed to testify against the Wisconsin DHHS in Federal Court and they sent the police without a warrant or department authorization to harass us and assault a tenant."

"My refrigerator went out overnight. I woke up the next morning to my kitchen floor being soaked with water. My groceries that I had just purchased 3 days before went bad. When I inquired about being reimbursed, they told me that because the fridge was replaced within 3 hours of the call, that they weren't responsible for the groceries. I spoke with a guy name Reggie at corporate who was so unbelievably rude and unprofessional. I gave them the one star because I had to in order to post the review."

"Very rude property staff and agreements for lease that they do not honor. They use scare tactics and act like slum lords. Up charging rent for renovations that do not address any issues of practicality. 1800 for what? No storage, shared dryer vents with upstairs units that creates massive amounts of moisture. No amenities for the price plus fees for every thing you can possibly think of. They are in it for the money and do not care about actual people."
