"I have had a great experience living at Jefferson Block the past 4 years and just re-signed to stay longer. It's a prime location in a great part of Milwaukee. There are amenities all around me and I have an awesome view of Lake Michigan and even the fireworks that happen frequently in downtown Milwaukee. It's fun to be close to Summerfest and all of the lakefront fests in the summer, I go to a lot of shows. I'm close to the river walk, Lake Park/Bradford Beach and am a quick hop from the expressway to hit all corners of the Milwaukee area in, for the most part, 15 minutes or less. I'm walking distance to a wide range of high quality bars, restaurants, shops, the public market, and more. The team running J-block today are fabulous. Brad, Danny and Megan in the leasing office have treated me extremely well. Derrick handles the occasional maintenance requests I have virtually immediately after I submit them. They continual work to improve the overall amenities of the building and grounds, there have been a number of upgrades over the past year alone. I'm very happy living here, I think it's a great spot."

"What an amazing place to call home! Incredible apartment & perfect location. I lived in a large two story apartment (1412 sq. ft.), with a most excellent view of the Hoan Bridge and historic red brick warehouses. My apartment had large windows which allowed for a TON of sunlight, an oversized balcony that fit a grill and table with two chairs as well as several plants. The master bedroom was HUGE- it fit a king-sized bed, two side tables, a dresser and still left plenty of room for walking around. The walk-in closet- AMAZING! We had so much storage space under the stairs I didn’t even need a storage space. I can honestly say my time living at Jefferson Block was so special. It helped me understand the community feel that so many other residents both past and present spoke of. Living across the street of Summerfest was so much fun for people watching, I never had to fight traffic for parking (can’t beat that)! Watching the Big Bang from my balcony, listening to the music, it was awesome. If I ever get a chance to live in the Third Ward again I’ll be back at Jefferson Block, without a doubt!"
