"Manager Susan is cruel to all the residents. When a family member moved out we deep cleaned the apartment and she said we left it dirty. I have a witness to prove it. She refused to give us our security deposit back. The main doors are always open. People let anyone in. Police are always there. Not a very safe place to live. Wouldn't recommend. Check out Golda Meir or Convent Hill Apartments instead."

"Very nice, clean apartments near many activities, good restaurants and shopping. Hubbard Park, a lovely little spot right on the river, is next door. I have never had problems with bugs or management, as some others have claimed. People have to realize how difficult it is to deal with so many residents and cut the office some slack."

"I didn't care for the apartments , they were small , dark and the people there are stand offish. The office people were ok , but when I left I hired a cleaning crew and still didn't get my cleaning deposits back. I moved back to Texas because I felt so isolated there... My suggestion is find an apartment with a balcony , at least you can sit outside.."

"Theyre bed bug infested and the dwarf like manager is intimidating to the elderly Susan the manager lies dont like colored enters apartments illegally and steals from tennents by way of theShorewood Fire Dept if they come to yiur apt Susan wants 50 bucks and Ogden the company she works for sypports her and her illegal activities stay away from Ogden and River Park unless you like being intimidated by a dwarf who hates herself and runs a home for bedbugs. The crawling the walls like roaches"
