"Katz Properties is the epitome of an absentee landlord. I had to hound them to get basic issues fixed and there were things broken from day 1 that they didn't repair in 3+ years. The price is low but you get what you pay for. Some of the maintenance people and office workers are nice, but the property management company is as a whole fails to do good by its tenants."
"Place is infested with coach roaches. My ceiling leaked 4 times in the 1 year I lived there. Contact the Village of Shorewood Building Code Inspection office to confirm these reports. All have been documented. The landlord does the bare minimum to fix the issue and the problem quickly returns."
