"Our manager Jill has been wonderful the last few years! She has updated the building with new floors, cameras, and gym. She's made it a safer place to live and she brought on an amazing maintenance person. She's very quick to respond and is on top of getting things done."

"I’ve been living here since March of 2020 , yes the building can get dirty and there has been loud music and stuff but the doors are open underneath very thin doors so you can pretty much hear anything from anyone unit . But the maintenance guy is always on top of everything and so is Jill the property manger. They make sure if you have any problems they handle it right away."

"Not the highest quality of people living here. Loud music plays all the time, management takes forever to get back to you and doesn't do anything to fix any situation. Halls small like weed and there is some sort of dealings going on as well. The apartments themselves are nice, just not the greatest caliber of tenants."

"I lived here for 3 wonderful years. The place was always quite, The manager was very nice and the maintenance was extremely helpful. Yes there is very limited parking however you have street parking as well. They are one of the very few Apts that do no charge for parking. Love this place."
