"Well since I can’t get anybody to answer their phones or work order I figure aleast someone is replying to the reviews cause this is ridiculous that we can’t keep a building manager on site…I submitted work order like 30 days ago and now I have a emergency work order I have water coming from the ceiling this something that happened last year and I was told it was not a issue and now I’m getting stuff destroy by water… I really want to leave this place and I would not recommend this place…"

"This is a very peaceful living community. The residents here are friendly and are not disruptive. I have been here for over a year and I absolutely love my unit. Corrianne is an amazing property manager! She's very receptive to the needs of tenants and does whatever she can to work with you. This eliminates a lot of anxiety for me as I have had some horrible property managers in the past. She does a great job communicating changes and providing updates regarding the property. Additionally, I love the neighborhood. It is very convenient to get anywhere I need to go. There are a ton of restaurants, the lake and Summerfest grounds are within walking distance, and it's near every major bus route not to mention the freeway. I'm very happy here. :-)"

"The walls and ceilings are so thin I can hear every step when someone walks through the hallway or in the unit above. I can hear every step my upstairs neighbors dog takes which sounds like mice in the ceiling. I wake up daily to the sound of my neighbors talking or being intimate. The marble countertops are nice however the splintering wood floors leave a lot to be desired."

"I'm so happy with my choice to move into Maxwell Lofts! The building is incredibly charming. I love my open floor plan, exposed white brick, huge windows, and in unit washer/dryer -- totally dreamy ambiance! I feel very safe, and so far everyone I've met has been friendly. Management is attentive and communication is easy. My only critique is that the garage entrance is rather tight/dicey for even medium sized cars like mine."
