Tribute Apartments

"We were one of the first tenants to move here when they opened in 2022. This place has been nothing short of amazing. Erin is the best manager ever and deserves a bonus (in my opinion lol). The team responds very quickly and efficiently. They are so considerate of their tenants and very communicative. The grounds are always clean even when it snows. You can literally hear them cleaning at the first drop of snow! No slip and sliding. In the summer, the grass is well maintained. Having an amazing restaurant downstairs is also a bonus (which the first management were so nice to give us a free voucher to before it opened as we were one of their first tenants). I really do wish we had a fitness center though. But I’m not complaining because I’ve enjoyed my stay here. A luxury experience 10/10 would recommend."

"We have lived at the Tribute for over a month and are extremely happy. Our unit has expansive views, and the finishings are excellent. For this quality, a tenant would pay double downtown. Everything is groomed, and the architecture is brilliant, modern, and clean with a Mies van der Rohe aesthetic. Erin runs the office with a smile and intelligence. Damont, the maintenance engineer, aims to please and is immediately on top of any issue. The neighborhood is emerging, with breweries and distilleries across the street. We are a five to ten-minute walk from Bayview's K.K. cluster of restaurants, bars, and shops. Our building houses the award-winning restaurant The Bridgewater Modern Grill, and we'll have a bakery downstairs in a couple of months. The Tribute is located on the river, and during the warmer months, eyeing the sailboats and pleasure cruisers, I can imagine being in Miami Beach. It's a reach, but if you drank or dined outside at Bridgewater, you get what I mean. We're an older couple and feel safe in the building and outside walking our dog. The freeway entrance and exit is one block away. We are glad to have discovered the Tribute apartments."

"I’ve recently applied for one of the units and I was denied without an explanation or was provided an Adverse Action Letter. Not only was I denied but the Assistance Manager ERIN HEIDENRICH denied to schedule a tour with me. It’s definitely poor customer service and the application process is unfair and I was treated poorly. Thanks"

"We moved September 1st to the Tribute Apartments. It is a brand new apartment building. We are very happy with the apartment. The view and the quality of the apartment are excellent. The management is very friendly and any concerns are promptly addressed. A new quality restaurant-Bridgewater-has opened in the retail space on 1st street. Within a 5 minute drive there are numerous other interesting places to eat."
