"The apartments are very well kept. The common spaces are always clean. Management is wonderful and easy to talk to. Any minor issues and/or repairs are always dealt with quickly. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone interested!"

"In living at Maryland Park for three years I have enjoyed my experience. The office staff - especially Jeff and Loren, and the maintenance staff ( I think Joe/John) have been professional, kind, and have responded to any need I have had. While a medical situation causes me to move, I have made it clear to staff that I have enjoyed living here, and appreciate staff checking on me and asking "how I was doing" after my release from the hospital. The building is clean, safe and is also well kept. Maryland has a diversity of University Faculty, students, and others who all get along, and I have watched people greet others and assist if a person is carrying a heavy load. I would recommend anyone seeking an apartment to certainly consider Maryland Park!"

"I would definitely recommend Maryland Park if you are looking for a nice, well kept place to live. As a student, having somewhere that is quiet and well managed is my top priority and I can honestly say that I get that. The assurance of being able to study in a quiet environment and navigating online covid friendly classes makes living here an enjoyable experience! The on-site management is very helpful and caring as well. Any problems one might have, rest assured will be discussed in a friendly environment, and in a timely manner. Maintenance request are always taken care of quickly too which is also important to me. The apartment units are nice and spacious, I can fit a queen sized bed and mattress in my unit and still lots of room for other furniture. Maryland park is cat friendly so definitely bring your whispered friend or check out the cat cafe close by! Placed by so many delicious food options as well such as the collective, mad chicken, beans and barley and sooo many more delicious experiences. If you are a student, this location is also great if you don’t have a car because it’s so closely located to route 30, the green line, gold line, route 21 etc! Come check out Maryland Park!"

"Maryland Park Apartments has been great for the past 1.5 years living here! The management is very helpful and understanding when issues arise and are on top of responding. The maintenance team is the best and respond to maintenance requests promptly and perfectly, they even helped me when I had issues with my car in the garage. Wonderful place to live with proximity to campus and stores/restaurants. Quiet and clean building."

"I have called Maryland Park Apartments home now for nearly 6 years. I love my apartment, the building management, and the neighborhood! My apartment is just the right size for me - I really appreciate all the closet space and dishwasher! The on-site management and maintenance team is so personal and friendly and always quick to respond. I can easily walk to my favorite restaurants, Whole Foods, the Urban Ecology Center, Lake Park and even Bradford Beach. The bus is easy to catch right outside the building, too! I highly recommend renting here!"
