"This school is small and like many other high schools there must be issues, however the school is getting better and better, the principal Mr Garcia is very concern about the enrichment of the students, he takes his time to listen to the parents conserns, they even have a special day to go and literally drink coffee or eat breakfast with the principal, so parent can expose their point of view, provided by the school, also the principal works hard to get a higher rate of graduation; on the other side students with high academic achievement get help to go to CSUN after high school... Also the principal is working hard to maintain great teachers at Canoga."

"I don't understand all the hatred towards CPHS..... It is a small, tree-lined campus with a friendly environment with several diverse opportunities for all student types and levels. I am a current student at CPHS and I am proud to say I am a Canoga Park FFA Member and a hopeful 2017-2018 Canoga Park FFA President. And if you think for a split second that if your son/daughter is going to find a public or even private school that doesn't have some form of substance abuse, such as Cannabis, heroin, alcohol, ect., you are sadly misinformed and need to reevaluate your idea of high school students. Not to mention we have a dedicated staff (Shout out to Mr. Stephen McGee, Ms. Sarah Ishida, Mrs. Carrie Bledsoe-Valente, and Mr. Eric Dettenamier who all of which enjoy there job). If you want to see a joke of a school go check out El Camino Real High, Chatsworth High, Reseda High....."

"Canoga Park High School is a horribly misunderstood school. Yes, it does have some issues. There is a pot problem, and the ethnic diversity is a bit low. But there's so many things that just aren't true! 'Oh, Canoga's a gang school!' No, it's not. There is one gang, Canoga Alabama, and they don't ever show up. 'What about all the fights that happen?' Just cause it's mostly Hispanics, does not mean there's fights all the time. I saw 5 altogether, during my high school career. 'Drugs, can't forget about drugs.' Right, so send your kid to El Camino to escape the pot... Oh, wait, that's right, El Camino is where the heroin and pregnancy is at. Don't even get me STARTED on how AWESOME the teachers are, here. One teacher, Mr. McGee, each year gets offered to get a job at El Camino. What's he choose? Canoga, because Canoga is an AMAZING school. It's small, everyone knows everyone. Everyone's cool with everyone. Absolutely, awesome."

"Canoga park high is a great school it may be small but everyone knows eachother. It's a better school then any other around the valley ,every school has bad crowds not only canoga. The teachers and staff are very good an teach good. I love that school, that school gives a second chance an take students when no other school will cause they are too "good" supposly or cause they dn't reach their standards. Canoga doesnt give up on their students thats a good school that doesnt judge no one."
