"I don’t normally write reviews but.. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would actually give it -5. This is my first apartment and it will be my LAST with Kinzie Realty. The apartment was poorly cleaned upon move in, finding random objects and bug traps from previous owner (bug trap pictured). Paint job was sloppily rushed (pictured). On site management is HORRID and will never return your call or get back to you, and will even be disrespectful towards you when addressing an issue. I’ve had someone harassing/vandalizing multiple resident doors including my own with ZERO help from management. No effort to place security cams in ANY part of the building. Washers and dryers have managed to destroy every piece of clothing that enters them. They like to shut off your water with zero notice and leave you stranded for a shower before work! The slightest drizzle will cause you to lose all power! They also failed to let everyone know when they “redid” the lot, causing people to either be trapped in the garage on a work day or get towed from the lot. Maintenance man is about as qualified as a toddler to fix anything and will only do so 3 weeks and 5 phone calls to the office later...but rushed and sloppily. I have lived here 4 months and am already looking into how to get out of my lease. PLEASE do not move here."

"Jose was great! It got new management and they ended up charging us rent for a month that we didn’t even live there after they told us our lease was up early. Got bedbugs as well, only about 3 weeks after moving in."

"these apartments are really nice they were recently remodeled and it’s gorgeous in the inside of the apartments! Management are very helpful. Always get back too me right away when I have any questions. Been here 6 months and loving it so far definitely would recommend this too anyone apartment searching!"

"Nice quiet apartments the landlord Jose is very nice and helpful. They are very quick to respond to any issues that may come up and maintenance is always on top of things. They allow cats and dogs which is awesome! Definitely would recommend renting!"
