"It's been 10 years and I thought it's the right time to acknowledge the time I've been at GMH. In all the time I've been here I have felt safe and secure in knowing we have a Manager living on site. No problem has been to small if/when a problem occurs, it is always fixed. Before I settled here I did look at other apartment buildings. They were disgustingly dirty and smelly. This is a clean and well supervised home. It is my home."

"This building not only allows residents to smoke cigarettes in their apartments, it encourages it by stating in the lease residents can smoke in their apartments but not on their private balconies. What kind of building that caters to seniors & the disabled thinks this is okay? My mother has COPD & asthma, two factors which moved her up the waitlist due to disability and has to find a new apartment because she lives above a smoker and her apartment reeks. I’m all for allowing freedoms but smoking inside is not a freedom, it’s endangering other residents. Not to mention the carpets haven’t been replaced in many years so I can’t imagine how disgusting the smokers apartments are. Do NOT rent here unless you wanna in your apartment I suppose."
