"This is the absolute worst place someone can live. No one is ever in the office or pick up the phone . Very unprofessional. No good maintenance. Angelique is a property manager. Very rude . Hangs up the phone on anyone who calls . Never in her office . Does illegal things by tenants. Take people’s money and run off. Building is full of bugs, trash, and dirt. Property management is scamming people out of their money. Angie is super unprofessional she should be fired for never answering her office phone, stealing, she has a HORRIBLE ATTITUDE, HORRIBLE CLOTHES, HORRIBLE WIGS . I would not recommend moving here it is absolutely disgusting and unsanitary"

"We came by to tour an apartment and Mcall helped us and was so nice ..She showed us around and answered our zillion questions:). We love the gym and the clubhouse and the extra pooltable! The staff here are very friendly. And it’s a very nice location. Also we did our application online and we were approved the next day!"

"I never even got the chance to apply to live here, but thank god for that. I called to inquire about availability and getting an application, and was immediately met with an annoyed “Hello?” I politely asked the questions I needed to, and was told that my application would “just be rejected” right after submitting it because I needed supporting documents. Really weird way to word something and extremely off-putting. I was then asked why I couldn’t just come in and grab the application, to which I said I was relocating and states away therefore I couldn’t be there in person. She then asked me “Do you have a job here or something?” and I said yes.. gave my e-mail so they could send me additional info… and then proceeded to NEVER get an e-mail. It would make sense, though, because the woman 1. sounds like she HATES her job and 2. she said she only checks the e-mail once a week… assuming she doesn’t even bother responding to possible tenants. Long story short, the person I spoke to was so incredibly bothered by the fact that I was calling that every appealing thing about this property went out the window. I was spoken to like I was a burden and the attitude she had in every response literally made me just want to hang up. This place is honestly beautiful but from my own experience and the reviews, it sounds like management hates their lives and their jobs so they just project it onto the tenants and anyone looking to live here. So many other beautiful properties in Milwaukee to look at before ever even considering this one."

"I was really interested in these beautiful lofts, until I read these reviews. It's not necessarily the people they rent to...it's the riff raff that comes with the friends/family that don't live there. I have already lived in a situation like this, car broken into, intimidating neighbors if you complain, scared to go out at night. So thanks for sparring me guys, I'll look elsewhere. What a dang shame."

"I have had my mail stolen at least 3 times since moving in 6 months ago, have seen at least 5 cars broken into over night (parking is very challenging to get as well) and there is constantly garbage around the building and maintenance issues. The manager is extremely hard to get a hold of, and when you can she doesn't care to put effort in to help solve problems. not to mention she is barely here at all. I highly regret moving into this building."
