"I love it here, the location is excellent, the building is great, and the units are wonderful, I love the mix of old Milwaukee architecture and style with modern touches (new window fixtures, stainless steel appliances) all the neighbors seem polite and respectful, noise levels are fine, the building manager and maintenance manager, Hannah and Moyses are also exceptional. I don’t see myself leaving this gem anytime soon!"
"I applied for an apartment to move in on October 1st. The apartment was not ready for me at the time to move in so I had to get another apartment. It has been almost 3 months since and Cambridge manor has not send me a refund for the $200 security deposit. I call once a week and get the same response to wait 4 days for the letter. I’m not sure what’s going on but I don’t recommend this place at all."
"love the place, very clean, dog play area is great, unit was very clean, with ample space and nice layout. Hannah, assistant manager, was friendly, very well prepared, very welcoming."
