"Great homes for very cheap I’ve been in mine for 7 years. Program is teaching homeownership skills. Small fixable problems you do it yourself. Large problems ie: plumbing they will fix."

"Properties are nice, management is the worst I've ever experienced. They are lazy, take weeks even months to fix problems. They aren't proactive, therefore one small problem snowballs into a huge major repair. FIRE THE WHOLE TEAM and start over. GORMAN YOU ARE WASTING MONEY with terrible management like this. Your team will be the cause of your property value decreasing, not your renters. SAD!"

"If I could leave zero stars I would. The properties are nice but the Management office employees needs some serious assistance. They barely answer the phone, when they do they keep you on hold forever. When you put in work orders they enter in the system that they are complete when they are not. They take forever to complete work orders. They don't respect your time. They don't follow up if there is an issue. They leave you with empty promises. And they point fingers at each other. Just overall horrible management. This is a serious problem that needs to be addressed. I won't stop at this review. If there are other tenants dealing with the same issues please reach out to me."
