"All the negative reviews about this place is correct Mandela was bad red tail residential or what ever dumb name it is know. The team there suck property management. The manager and there boss are nuts the maintenance is a joke. They own other properties and my gf lives at one of there other properties and maintenance there was a joke. 2 years ago there maintenance team was perfection called the guy would come most positive dude ever now nothing but heavy set waddling lazy. Move out. Do not move in"

"My husband and I were beyond stressed with having to find a place to live with such short notice! We were looking for a place not to far from where we stay now downtown and the Boston Lofts were at the top of our dream places live in our beloved Milwaukee! James ( Gentleman who gave us our tour) was heaven sent! He instantly calmed our hearts and minds down! After about 2 mins we could see our family growing in those spaces! My husband and I cannot compliment him enough! WE WERE OVERLY IMPRESSED WITH THE BOSTON LOFTS COMMUNITY FROM THE LOBBY! You can tell the Red Tail Management really takes pride in their beautiful property. Every unit we toured was clean, had a beautiful layout and up to date appliances! Not to mention the in unit washer and dryer and other amenities and perks that this community brings !! We hope to make The Boston Lofts our home for many years to come!"

"I’ve been a resident for a few years & it has changed for the worst! Mandel was definitely a better management company!! I’ve sent countless emails to the office manager & no reply. The halls are not as clean due to the cleaning lady no longer being here, carts aren’t available (maybe 1 every now & then). You can definitely tell who the new tenants are being the smell of weed filling the halls & the parking garage. Young men in & out the building being loud in the halls (talking loud throughout the night) doors slamming! If I wanted this type of environment, I would’ve lived in area with all the above & paid cheaper rent."

"The apartment overall cleanliness and management has been on a steady decline since COVID. Even after Red Tail assuming the property, no noticeable improvements have been implemented. Even with 7 shopping carts, rarely are any available. If there is one cart available when needed, that is considered a good day. Notice how the standard is so low that one cart is a good day at the Boston Lofts. With the Fiserv group construction the level of dust and noise has made the living experience less than appealing. Actually encouraging it has mad looking for alternative living accommodations the only sensible choice."

"Super friendly and informative management for my tour last week. Nice looking apartments, there was some maintenance going on in the unit I toured but even still things were pretty cleanly and it wasn't too hard to imagine what the place could look like with all my stuff in it in the future. I enjoyed my experience and will definitely be applying soon! I would upload the videos I took if Google allowed, the rooftop patio and community room with skylights were lovely."
