"If I could give zero stars I would terrible customer service they don’t call back when they say they will the other departments are even worse.For a year I’ve had to call and beg for maintenance fixes due to issues with the apartment.I have been trying to contact the same woman for 3 months and she won’t ever call back.Absolutely ridiculous the worst"
"Apparently resquesting information can be a waste of time for them! I reached out asking for information, they got back to me and gave me info on rent and deposit. I asked how much was the deposit for pets and she said it depends what kind of pet do you have i told her i have a two dogs and she responds oh no we only accept one dog and next time save yourself some time and dont waste ours tell us up front how many pets you have. Thanks KAREN!!! GET LAID"
