"Lived here for 1 yr.& it was the worst 1 yr of my life. & worst place I’ve ever lived!!Mice infested!!! Mice inside the walls , in the stairs, the hallways,your garage and are literally EVERYWHERE!!Property Management is horrible!! The upkeep outside around the building is disgusting. Food,Trash and empty glass beer bottles everywhere!!They don’t fix issues and the office employees are very disrespectful and rude when you need something fixed and when you complain about the family of mice living with you!!They do nothing to help but I guarantee they weren’t living with a family of mice!Just outright disgraceful to say the least!"

"Lived here for one year and this place is infested with mice!! The management is lazy and doeant think there is an infestation when you hear the mice in the walls and pipes and their everywhere in your house! The management is horrible and takes weeks and months to fix any appliance.Wouldnt recommened this place to anyone unless you dont mind living with a family of mice or dont mind waiting for months for maintenence in your house!SMDH!!!"

"A year ago, apartment was fine. NOW, multiple new tenants have moved in who blast subs late at night, who have screaming children from 7am-10pm, tenants park cars in the grassy areas, tenants prop doors open to invite guests in, management does not answer maintenance calls (i called in Dec, Feb, Mar and April for a hallway light AND leaking sink. Sink finally overflowed onto carpet and was not considered an emergency. Now carpet smells of mildew and sink leaks but is not overflowing ), dumpsters are constantly overflowing. Pluses: great space and garagefor the price."

"These apartments are terrible. THERE ARE MICE BAD! I am currently moving out and if I can save anyone from dealing with this place I will! I never leave reviews but this place needs it! The management is absolutely terrible will not return your calls for anything in regards to fixing the apartment! It took me 3 months to get the keys to the mailbox. My sink has been broken for a month I have called every two days and no one has come. Now about the mice, because of the location there are field mice everywhere and upstairs from me there is an older man who is infested I can hear them running around! I have tried to call in about this and again nothing! I live in 1905 and I've tried to control it but it's inebidable with the man upstairs! Not luxury at all and not worth the headache!"

"Lived here for 2 years. Management is terribly poor. Or let's say no management at all. Called maintenance a year ago to fix our Ac unit. They never came. Called recently due to warmer weather to get it fixed and it's been a week now and still it's excuses after excuses. The luxury they speak of and money you pay isn't worth it. Our "new" carpets when moving in were new or washed. Did our first vacuum before moving in and it was completely nasty with white powdery stuff and left our vacuum gunky. They don't shovel during winter nor salt the side walk. Snow is literally burying us in and we have to dig ourselves out. They will not shovel the sidewalk or driveway/alley for you. It's everyone for themselves. Def do not recommend for renting."
