"We had an appointment for a showing and no one showed up. We waited almost an hour. There was no one in the office. I'm glad this happened so I know not to rent from here."

"Ogden is some scammers. We signed a month to month lease. They charged us an extra 50 dollars a month to do so. Then we moved out gave our move our date ahead of time we paid the partial rent like it was stated online. Since we moved out on the 15. Well we moved out on the 13th but still paid the partial rent like it was on the site. Two weeks after move out. They claimed we had to pay full months rent even though we moved in the middle of the month and they charged us 50 every month to to month to month. Then after keeping our 1200 dollar deposit claim we still owe them 352 dollars. They said the rest of the rent we owed was over 900 dollars which was incorrect. They are some thieves. No one is every in the office. So when you call you have to call every day to get someone and then the person you always need to speak with is never in the office. They are just a horrible rental company. They should be ashamed of themselves for how they treat people. We were never late on the rent never had any issues. But they made sure to take all the fees and money as possible but never came to fix a thing"

"I've lived here for over 5 years. The apartments are like small houses. The maintenance and grounds upkeep is outstanding. If you are looking for amenities such as a workout room, that's not here. However, there is a dishwasher and laundry in my apartment. The only real issue here, and it's nothing Ogden can do about, is that people cut through on Westchester St and can drive a little fast. Otherwise, great place within walking distance to Miller Park!"

"Do not move in these apartments. It has pour property management. They do NOT take care of their units as far as getting things serviced. Heat has been continuously going out. Washer and dryer has yet to be fixed. Water heater has not been getting serviced. When speaking with the property manager was advised to use space heaters! Very unprofessional and I will be sure to spread the word. This is unacceptable and they need to take better care of their units and need new property management."

"Keys to the City. Perfectly located for access to each part of Milwaukee. Jump right on the highway, or navigate the main thoroughfares of the town. If you need cheap convenient groceries, Walmart is around the corner, when you prefer more Quality groceries, full service Target is even Closer! The apartment complex consists of friendly, diverse, respectful neighbors. Awesome spot. The office is rarely open but the manager is available 24/7 and she handles business properly, we have had Zero issues living here. Ibeould recommend this complex to any professional couple, small family, or personal space seeking single. If I had any complaint it would be that I'm not permitted to BBQ on my 2nd floor balcony, and that is for fire safety standards which is completely understandable. Overall, thumbs up. Come join us."
