"After 2 months they finally fix my air conditioner only for it break again before the holiday weekend. I informed them it was broken and they couldnt even take 5 f*ing minutes out of their day to come look at it. Instead I am stuck in an upstairs apartment on Memorial Day weekend with no a/c - the temps in this place as I am writing are over 100 degrees according to indoor thermostat. I WANT ALL OF THESE ASSES TO COME AND ROAST IN THIS APARTMENT FOR THE THREE DAY WEEKEND BUT OH I BET THEY HAVE THEIR AC WORKING!!!! THIS IS THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER LIVED!!!!"
"This place has been taken over by the management company from hell. I moved in December 2013 with the understanding all appliances were included. In February they decide they are going to refuse to fix any stoves or refrigerators so they are suddenly not included. I am sure the bastards will screw me out of the security deposit if I try to move now so basically I am stuck. My oven went out and now I have to buy a new stove even though I am paying $975 a month. Thats a hell of a lot for a place that refuses to provide appliances."
