"I love the interior of the apartment but that's it. Things break constantly, sinks and drains clog, the washer and dryer break, the lights outside are broken or non functioning, the lock to the building even broke once. It wouldn't be so bad but the office barely answers the phone so it takes forever to ask for maintenance, and when they finally answer maintenance can take weeks to come. The parking lot has empty spots but they won't let you get an extra pass. The walls are thin and sound gets through easily. The A/C unit doesn't reach the bedroom. Tobacco juice leaks from the bathroom walls after every shower. They do a terrible job of plowing during the winter. Street parking is risky. My car was in a hit and run in the street and my girlfriend's car was stolen from the parking lot so vehicles aren't safe. The interior may look nice but I recommend living somewhere else."

"Hello I am Alyssa and I lived here for most of my life. Me and my famliy moved out in 2014. Befor that we had to filed a noise complanit almost every day with 3 different people that lived there. We lived in apartment 3 for as long as I can remember. If you are thinking of living on the ground floor please don't save yourself the headache and not sleeping untell 4 in the morning. I feel sorry for the people that do."

"Neighbors complain a lot about every little noise. House windows are not up to date there for in the winter the house is very cold. Heat doesn’t work well at all. Balcony door is very old not heat kept in. Balcony wood very worn. Needs to be update."

"I used to live there for 10 years it was a quiet place to live. We had alot of problems after several years of living there, maintenance was very slow and not really nice, parking needs to be updated yearly like with assigned parking and more on call parking checkers! Manager okay. People who want to check out the place there isn't no office on site here it's on Lovers Lane take freeway Capital drive get off on Sliver Spring drive to Go down where Taco Bell is it's called Parkview Apartments!"
