"Terrible service. Don't settle in this place. We have been deceived for two months now that the roof will be repaired. Our ceiling is leaking from the rain. But they only threaten to sue for non-payment."
"Today I had my first interaction with Seka. I have been looking for an apartment and had several tours and interactions with others on the phone. Seka was one of the friendliest people I toured with and spoke to via the phone. She seemed to care about my current situation and want to help. She toured me through every apartment I was interested in. I would defiantly recommend tour with her!"
"Don't live here. Seka the building manger is so rude. I left as soon as I had my first interaction with her. The manager before her was amazing. They don't care about their currently buildings, that are falling apart and isn't safe at all, but builds a brand new one instead of fixing the old. They don't care about their residents and is gross."
"I have lived at White Oaks for the past two years and I have nothing but great things to say! I love the location, the amenities, and the apartments themselves. They were clean when I moved in and the grounds and common areas were always taken care of. Gary was so kind and was always willing to chat and ask you about your day or smile and wave when you passed him in the parking lot! The maintenance men always came to fix any problems, like a leaky sink, immediately. The staff was always so kind and made my mornings by waving to me when I left the parking garage. I would highly recommend living at White Oaks!"
"White Oaks was a wonderful place to live. Gary, the property manager, is one of the friendliest people I have ever met! He takes pride in his job and will do everything to make sure you love your home. All maintenance employees were very friendly as well. Our apartment was very spacious and we had so much storage that we had many empty cabinets after moving in! Outdoor grounds were always well kept and neighbors were friendly and respectful. I highly recommend White Oaks apartments!"
