"I recently moved to Wisconsin after graduating from college and had been living more in the downtown area of Milwaukee. After only a few months there I could tell it would never be the right fit for me, especially considering where I was moving from. My girlfriend and I ended up finding this place and it’s great. Everyone is nice, everything is kept clean, Joy is extremely kind, and it’s very quiet and peaceful here. I really love the underground parking. I have never lived in a place with a garage before but now I don’t think I could ever go back. Overall, this is a good place to live if city life isn’t really your thing, even if it is still in a more populated area."

"It's a quiet and peaceful place to live! It's a good experience! This apartment to live in came from overseas a few months ago. Our onboarding in this community was smooth, with no headaches with transportation, and all needed services within the neighborhood, such as IKEA, bank, Target, Walgreens, pick save, gas station, and different types of restaurants. A golf course just across the trail. There are many reasons I chose this Fairway Meadows Apartment, the location, garage parking, and facilities are always very clean. The manager and maintenance staff handle our needs very promptly and professionally. The friendly neighbors always greet each other. I have a one-bedroom loft and two bathrooms with convenient appliances. The apartment was in excellent condition when I moved in and I enjoy the balcony very much. I also feel safe living here due to the superior monitoring of the garage entrances and hallway, When searching for apartments in the Franklin area you should consider this apartment, you will not regret it. I strongly recommend here!!"

"I'm usually incredibly picky when it comes to apartment searching, so you can find comfort in knowing that someone so selective is giving such a high rating! I've been thoroughly impressed with my experience with Fairway Meadows thus far. I moved in 8/1/23. The Property Manager Joy is phenomenal: she's incredibly responsive, professional, honest, and seems to be well-respected/liked by other tenants (they all made sure to say hello to her while I was getting a tour). She has been very kind and helpful with my recent move-in. I'm in the loft-style unit on the upper floor and it's beautiful! Everything looks and feels brand new. I don't hear any noise coming from other units (which is something I've had nightmare experiences with in the past with other apartment buildings). I have a spacious patio with an excellent view. My unit comes with 1 underground parking spot in the garage. Visitors have plenty of parking spots to choose from. The AC unit in the living room is very effective at cooling the entire unit. The kitchen has bar-style seating and there's some really cool lighting options. The bathroom has a heated lamp! There's a huge walk-in closet in the bedroom, and a skylight window up in the loft, which was a really nice touch. I've only got a few very minor gripes with the layout. I wish the entry in my unit wasn't completely carpeted, as I worry what winter will be like when my shoes are full of snow. A door mat seems to solve most of the problem, but there's still carpeting exposed right as you open the door. I also think the bathroom feels a tad too small, wondering if they could've sacrificed some of the walk-in closet space for a slightly bigger bathroom. These are simple complaints that don't impact my overall satisfaction in renting here. As I mentioned before, I'm very picky about the apartment search and am so very happy I stumbled across Fairway Meadows. Would highly recommend to anyone looking!"

"I moved out of Fairway Meadows about 1 year ago today. Upon move in the Apartment had brand new carpet, paint, and felt like a safe and quiet place to live. I had an overall pleasant experience living there. The property manager Joy was always pleasant and easy to reach in any situation. I originally had a 5 star review but decided it was time to update it and explain. When I left the unit I meticulously cleaned (for context I have always received my full deposit back in the 3 apartments I lived prior). Moving day came and went and when I was expecting to receive my deposit in the mail I was hit with a bill for around $2,000 for new carpet. I called thinking it was a mistake and Joy informed me that there was a "feint pink bleach stain" in the carpet of the dining/living area. She had pushed this when I moved out claiming she could see something that neither I nor my movers could see. I even had photos upon move out and there was absolutely no discoloration in the carpet. I was given a phone number for someone in the office of the property company that I could contact to dispute yet they never answered a call. Soon after I was emailed saying I needed to write them a check for the almost $900 additional they needed after keeping my security deposit or they would send it to collections. I was furious at this point as I could not get in contact with anyone who could help so I wrote the check as I did not want to waste more money going to court or have my credit affected. I did sent a reply to the email stating how unprofessional this situation was and asking for proof of the stain. Finally the management company replied and claimed they had no proof of the stain because the carpet was already replaced and a new tenant moved in however they would "only charge me for the carpet in the living/dining and not the whole unit" so they returned my check and just kept the security deposit (around $1,100). They claimed they couldn't patch the carpet, couldn't prove the stain existed, and then seemingly my deposit exactly covered the cost of the "damage" to the exact amount. All this to say - be VERY careful with this place. They clearly were trying to keep my deposit in any way they could and even tried getting additional money from me. Just know you most likely wont get a deposit back - or even worst be charged above it."

"I moved into my apartment at Fairway Meadows almost two years ago and I'm so pleased I did. The property is peaceful and quiet in a park like setting. Both the building and grounds are always well kept. Joy, the Property Manager, does such a great job communicating with residents and the maintenance staff is prompt and courteous. The heated, underground parking is a welcome bonus. It is conveniently located near stores and restaurants. If you're looking for an apartment in the Franklin area, I highly recommend Fairway Meadows."
