The apartments are great attached garage and very spacious and. Ken in MAINTANCE has been very helpful and great to have on staff as well. I would recommend anyone who wants a great complex to move in here."

"We have been here for a month and absolutely love it. We haven't lived in an apartment for over 30 years and thought it would be hard but it hasn't been. I have used the pool already and the outdoor gas grill and everything is great. The staff is fantastic. "This place is amazing! The hospitality that we have received from viewing the place as merely an option was excellent. The attention to detail from walking into the leasing door to walking into the apartment door has been a breeze. The staff has been so patient with us despite our many questions on picking the right unit for our family. We toured initially with Cassandra and she really blew our minds with the care and attention to finding the right place for us. She was very knowledgable about the property and went over and beyond to ensure that choosing the Seasons at Franklin would be the best fit for our next home. Also, Brianna and Ally have been so helpful with us getting the final details of our lease sorted out. The property itself is amazing and no doubt embodies luxury. The units are spacious while simultaneously being cozy. Its very barn house chic and the finishes do not look rushed despite getting these buildings up fast! This is not a paid review nor did they ask me to leave one. After touring so many places and the service being sub par it was refreshing to experience a tour where the leasing staff knew what they were talking about all while providing great service. Thank you guys for the great experience!"
