New Hampton Gardens Apartments

"People be expecting all these lavish things but don’t take the time to help upkeep the place let me start there… my mom live in the apartments and everyone is so nice and helpful…I moved in the townhomes shortly after and just been on Aw. the new manager Shelia have been busting her butt to make sure every need is met in a timely manner. I put in a light maintenance request last night and today the knock was at my door to correct it…. Keep up the good work…"

"The girl that work in the office her name is Shelia. I have been coming here for 8 years this is the worst I ever seen Hampton Garden. They have kids living on the third floor. I ask Shelia about the kids she said they just visiting I told her they live there. Somebody need to check this building out. ."

"I lived here from 2014-2017 before moving to Texas and didn't really have many complaints besides the loud cars. I came back in 2020 and I have had nothing but issues. Mice infestation, paper thin walls so I hear every step and knock from other units, violation of signed lease agreements from Anita (property management company), noise complaints that do not get solved, terrible repair jobs and more. At this point I'd rather be homeless."

"I lived in the town houses for almost 6 years horrible experience management is so rude even in the cooperate office, but after they renovated the outside we learned there is a very bad mice infestation I reported it several time even took pictures and called an exterminator. We caught over 80 mice in one month, Janet and the maintenance guy told me oh don’t worry we’ll handle it they had the maintenance man come and put a trap under the sink cabinet less than 5 mins a mice was caught. They never came to fix the repairs reported they also came in my house one time and I wasn’t there and lied and said they didn’t and I know they did because they left their clip board in the house and didn’t lock my door back. I will never rent from them again HORRIBLE"

"My move in process was initiated in June of this year. I was told that I was second on the waiting list to move in. All of my paperwork was submitted and told I was approved. I was given a move in date of January 1st 2019, given my address, but not given the amount of rent that I would be paying based on my income. I called several times, and left messages. Ashley did return my calls, however she could not provide an amount of how much my rent would be for two weeks. On December 6th Ashley left me a voice mail stating that my income was above the income limit for the apartments. They had my information for MONTHS. I'd already given my landlord of 10 years my 30 day notice, he has a new Tennant to move in, put in change of address forms, packed up majority of my house, and now my children and I have nowhere to live! This is the most unprofessional situation I've ever been in when renting a new home."
