"I arrived 30 minutes before closing time on a Friday to find two young guys at the front desk staring at their phones. When I requested to see someone, they told me they were closed. I pointed out that the door was open, open sign turned on, the sign on the window said they were open until 5, and their website said they were accepting walk-ins up until 5pm. The reply was, "nope, uh.... we close at 4". One could barely lift his eyes from Facebook to look at me, and didn't respond when spoken to. Clearly a case of people not wanting to do their jobs - hoping to leave early for a holiday weekend, perhaps? Honestly, the place looked dirty and inexpertly staffed, so maybe I dodged a bullet. Would never return, nor recommend this place to anyone else."

"I would not bring my dog here! Doctor Kim Byung was horrible spent a total of five minutes with me. He explaind nothing he was hurried like I was wasting his time ignored my questions. All staff I dealt with were dispectful and rude. If you want quality healthcare go to the Vet's office down the street!"

"I needed a chest X-ray. I called and was told to come any weekday between 8-4. I got there at 8. Front desk lady said xray person doesn't come in until 8:30. At 8:30 lab person shows up and tells me xray person doesn't come in until 9!!! Xray person was very nice however I asked when my dr will rcv results. She said 24-48 hrs. I called after 48hrs which was fri morn and was told my dr wouldn't get them until Monday! I was waiting to find out if I had pneumonia. It wasn't until I argued that I was told radiologist is on vacation. They faxed it to their other office who signed it and faxed it to my dr. Had I not argued they would have just let this sit and wAit until their radiologist returned. Without calling me. When I spoke to manager to complain he never apologized. If you need routine tests this is fine place to go. If you have urgent problems stay away they don't have any sense of urgency"
