"I would advise anyone interested in this firm to go to any other firm except PACIFIC WORKERS, under FABER and COMPANY LLC. There is so much mismanagement by this firm, I don't even know where to begin. I was represented by Iana Z. I was then shuffled through a series of "Case Management" employees who are neither licensed nor certified paralegals, the are administrative assistants who claim to have "experience in Workers Compensation" Iana gave them full authority over my case. With what appears to be no communication between "team members" there was no attorney to supervise them, they gave me bad instructions, terrible legal advice, and revoked my medical appointments when I hesitated to settle my case. In addition caused my SDI claim to lapse, failed to inform me that I received a loan from the insurance company, failed to submit my mileage and reimbursements claim, and failed to get me the correct documents needed to continue with my MediCal and Social Security General Assistance plan. The excuse? "Confusion" The entire firm works Remotely. That address in Oakland, the office is staged but empty. ALL documents are filed electronically, there are no court appearances, no personal service processors, no Zoom conferences, nothing. It's all done remotely. Out of the 20 or so employees that handled my case , not one opened my medical records. No one knew my pain level, my doctor, or my treatment plan. Once my settlement was complete Iana even told me that I can go back to work now. As though I was magically cured from my injury. I was told I could get $46k plus the retraining voucher, I got $18k and no voucher. I am in a worse position now than I was when I started with this firm. They have since stopped communicating with me, blocked me on social media, and refuse to answer my emails. I hope that this review helps someone to avoid the danger that Pacific Workers did to me."
