"They charge $2.21 for a printed copy of a label. The printed copy only cost .20 and then they charge an additional $2 fee to “use the computer” even though you didn’t use a computer. So ridiculous. I won’t be going to this store again for print services. It’s way cheaper anywhere else. No reason to nickel and dime you local customers."
"I walked in thinking I would be there forever since the line was all the way to the door. But that staff was so amazing!! That was the best customer service I've received. The man with the portable scanner had the absolute best attitude and was so helpful and kind! I was in and out in less than 10 minutes which probably would have been quicker if I prepped my package but I still needed it taped..which he quickly just did for me!"
