"Irresponsible company with no regard for their tenants"

"While living in Waters Edge was decent, moving out has been an absolute nightmare. When I contacted David about my Teronomy account being charged for July rent plus a late fee (my lease ended June 30), he called and yelled at me, stating that it was their busy time of year. Personally, I don't care if it's your busy time of year. Yelling at a former resident is rude and unprofessional. When I received my move out reconciliation report, they charged me for a gallon and a half of paint and two hours of painting. There were a handful of spots that needed to be touched up when I left, and all were no bigger than a quarter. They also charged me for 3 hours of cleaning when the place was cleaner when I moved out than it had been when I moved in. I've contacted Kirsten Neeley twice in the last week and have still received no response as to why I was charged for so much. This company will nickel and dime you every way possible. All they care about is money. Update 8/19/23: After several emails to Kirsten and one to Terry Larson, I finally received a response. The company is reversing the charges as a gesture of good faith which is greatly appreciated."

"Terrible company. Rent jumped 400 in 1 year! They didn’t do anything to my place prior to moving in and it was straight trash moving in. I had to clean everything. Then they charged me twice for one month and still has not returned my money! They are robbing me! There’s no communication at all with these people and nothing but excuses after excuses!"

"We are working on our 4th manager in less than 2 years!!!!! Place is not being kept up. Cannot even access the parking garages when it snows because no one salts the approach/incline to get up into them. We are paying almost $1500 a month for the privilege of living here and they cannot even afford to stock the public restroom with toilet paper!!! If you complain to the management, you are listed as a problem tenant and will not be allowed to renew your lease!!! One couple had to apologize and beg to keep their apartment. Why are we being charged such a premium in rent?"

"Finally found similar experience from another review. Rental management team in this company is so, so unprofessional. They are defensive, sensitive, and simply cannot respond to a rightful argument. I was so frustrated to call them. They don't try to solve any problem but just question the way I speak. They ask me to change my "tone", even though I did not notice any change. They threat to hang my phone, when I just try to deliver my message. Unfortunately they have many sites for renting in this area, be careful."
