"RENTERS BEWARE!!!!! DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE! Worst management possible! They take days to get back to you if they even do, work orders are never fixed in a timely manner. Half the time you don't even get a response from them. When you call no answer... when you go to drop rent off during business hours they are closed...They "lose" your rent check and try to evict you for being late when it was their mistake! If your utilities are a day late they will try to evict you for that too! Walls are very thin, you mine as well be living with your neighbors! Over all I thought we'd love living here but now that they are threatening to evict us for our utility bill that was already paid I'm beyond disappointed!"

"This doesn't even deserve one star. Apartments are nice, but that's where it stops. Management is horrible. They raised my rent $60 a month in my lease renewal, and when I asked why, they replied "our costs went up". They take forever to fix anything. We went 2 weeks without a washer, and it took 3 calls to the office to get it fixed. The 2nd time I called, they didn't even have record that I called to submit the work order the first time. The leasing agents change often. In my 3 years there, they went through 5 that I know of. Everyone that works in the office is very rude. Then when I asked to break my lease, offering a buy out because I bought a house, the owner literally laughed at me. I had to jump through hoops to get out of the lease, and they ended up finding someone to take the apartment within a month. It is NOT worth it to live here."

"Location of the apartments is quiet and rural. The apartments themselves are decent. Management is terrible. They are very rude and make it seem like everything is a waste of their time. It takes them a long time to fix something (we went almost a month without heat in November waiting for them to fix it. That's just one example.) Also, if you have a dog, don't even bother. We had a huge ordeal with our dog, then they got mad at us and did everything they could to force us out. Overall, a very bad experience."

"I love my actual apartment and the location (feels like the country just outside of downtown) and give that 4 stars. But the management gets 1. Forced to agree to new lease terms with no notice, things don't get fixed in a timely matter, or ever, plowing and salting doesn't happen. And if you have a dog don't bother renting here. You have to jump through so many hoops and pay nonrefundable deposits to get them in here, and if you allow their paws to even touch the grass at all you get hit with an eviction warning. Great place to live if you want to fix everything yourself and don't have pets."
