"I wish I would not have stayed here. Loud from people walking above us...breakfast bar was sub par ....for a new hotel I would have expected it to be better. I didn't know the area but I wish I would have stayed elsewhere for the cost of this room it wasn't worth it. Teens at breakfast bar with bare feet? I mean the staff should have addressed that being around food etc....I do not reconmend. I do appreciate the General Manager reaching out. Very professional I did appreciate that.Reilly nothing she could do but refund my room or give me credits for other locations at this point. I feel a refund would make my happy and change my review."
"Updated & clean hotel. Right off the highway, easy/friendly check-in. My husband loved the shower and we both slept great in our comfortable king bed. The text after check-in making sure our room was okay and encouraging us to reach out if we needed anything was a nice, personal touch. We also enjoyed the fitness center. Would highly recommend this hotel!"
"Exactly what you would expect from a HI Express but better because the property is new, extra friendly staff and all of the fixtures and such have a nice touch to them. Also the bed was super comfy. Visited family nearby and it was nice to have a hotel in the area that was not sketchy."
"Stayed here last week for four nights. Was quiet. Rooms were nice and clean. Girls at the desk were very nice. I will probably stay here again when back in the area for business. Absolutely zero walkability to restaurants, but that was the only minor criticism. Solid hotel choice!"
