"Elevators always breaking down. Raising rent $100 per month especially when there has been no improvements such as nasty, dirty carpets in the hallways. $100 increase is ridiculous"

"My time living here was great. Never had an issue with noise, neighbors or the leasing office. Josh from maintenance was very good at getting back to you when there was an issue and got it fixed right away. I decided to move out due to my work commute (50+ mins) and when that time came Katelynn was AMAZING when answering all of my questions and concerns. She guided me through everything and followed up after my move to see if there was any other way she could help. I will recommend to anyone moving within the area."

"There's a lot that needs to be improved. One the frieght elevator breaks down several times a week. Two, the hallways have an odor though they "clean" it regularly. Three, not handicap friendly. The lobby doors are very heavy and very narrow for a wheelchair to go through. There's been several managers that have gone through here. The garbage disposal area is horrible. Big piles of garbage collected that have not been picked up in weeks. Possible rodent and pest infestation can occur. The rent goes up but overall quality and lack of management presence is severally lacking. Does not line up with an increase in rent"

"Terrible place to rent from. Lots of noise at night between 12am-230am from people leaving the bars and police activity. Half the washers and dryers do not work. Raise monthly rent over $100 in less than 2 years. Average appliances with not the best layout. Hallways smell from neighbors smoking which tracks inside your own home. Never answer the phone when you need to get ahold of someone. Burned out light bulbs in stairwells. Residents that leave trash in hallways and stairwells. Better places around the area for cheaper. Ever since Gayle left the place has gone downhill."
