"NO STARS after 1 call to inquire about availability. I called this facility to inquire about apartments that are available and what income, etc, was required to qualify. There are units available in 1 month, but the person answering the phone was so RUDE and blunt (so similar to many other reviews) that I would seriously hesitate to apply to live there, unless it was the only place I had left. His first question was if I had a pet and I said yes, told me they do not allow pets, OK. I then asked if there were any units available and he told me that if a pet was found on the property it would be an immediate eviction without warning. I explained that I would rehome my pet if I had to, and he was still a huge jerk about it. He would not give me the info about qualifying requirements, "we do not discuss that information", that was up to the credit office, I asked who was the company who managed the property, he said "we do not discuss that information", I asked if he was the on-site manager, he said "we do not discuss that information". A prospective renter needs to show up between 5-6pm M-F with 3 pay stubs and $25 cash to fill out the application. There is a reason that this place has availability! I hope that the people that live there are treated better than the prospective renters!"
"Called to ask about a car alarm going off the entire day. Didn't appreciate the tone the answered had. I'm happy to help out the owner of the vehicle to get it fixed. But it's been going off all day. Not smart to treat the homeowners in the area like trash"
"this company does not tell you why you were rejected. I am more than qualified to rent on my own. However, my son who was applying with me as an open criminal record pending (drug related) it is against the law to reject or deny based on open claims until proven guilty. This is not how you run a professional real estate company or rental business. Good Luck. Will NEVER refer anyone to your company."
"I've lived here for almost 3 yrs. The apartment itself is very lovely. And is located in a nice neighborhood. They do their best in keeping the property looking good and are on top of snow removal. At times the management is not so good. The apartment I lived in before moving here had an on sight manager that had an apartment that was labeled as such. If There were any issues a message left was responded to within 24 hrs. That seemed to work so well! Not sure how that could be improved here! A couple of the girls that do maintenance and cleaning are awesome!! I stay because it is affordable and close to where I work and once behind my closed door I am very comfortable here. The rent increase, which happens each year, should include updating AC, toilets and appliances which are all mostly from the 1970's They are the same ones as when I lived here a few months in 1979 before I bought my 1st house!!"
"Honestly, if I could give this place no stars, I would. My boyfriend has been living here for 2 years, in Unit 11 and he's had nothing but trouble. His upstairs neighbor will call and complain about the slightest of noise that occurs any time through out the day. That includes the holidays. This entire apartment complex is filled with many older people who like the noise level to be at a zero for most of the time. Also, the apartment manager had stated to my boyfriend that I or any other friends couldn't stay over longer than 6 days (assuming consecutive), to which he had called months later to let him know that it's 6 days in a month. When he asked how he could possibly know that someone has stayed longer that 6 days in that month, the apartment manager flat out refused to give that info. A few months prior to this event, my boyfriend bought a truck and parked it in a vacant spot near his parking spot. The very next morning, his truck was gone, assuming it had been stolen. Just in case that wasnt what happened, he called the manager and the guy said that since it didnt have plates and looked run down, he therefor had it towed. Now I understand where the manager came from, but I think he should have been obligated to ask everyone who lived in the apartment building (that the truck was parked by), who the truck may have belonged to. Then if no one had said anything, he could then have had it towed. If you're looking for a cheap place to live, you've found it. But I'd recommend living somewhere else if you don't want to deal with complaints every few weeks and with neighbors that can't handle noises that are louder than a squeaking mouse."
