"Wow! I am so lucky to have found this apartment. The property itself is very well kept, nothing inside the apartments is broken or old or rusted or dirty. The shared spaces are always kept clean and smell great! Kirsten the property manager does a great job with keeping tenants informed about weather updates and how that will affect our apartment with plowing and such. She is just awesome in general: she responds quickly to any questions or concerns, is very friendly and kind/personable, and takes her job very seriously! I truly don’t know how i got so lucky with all of the false advertising that is out there. What you see is what you get with these apartments; In the best way! Maintenance is awesome as well; our heater/ac unit broke on the coldest day of winter… maintenance came within 30 minutes after we informed Kirsten. They replaced the whole unit. It was such a relief to have trust in your maintenance team. Overall, a 10/10 place to live with 0 complaints… Truly!"

"Great place to live, super close to downtown. I've been living here for almost 2 years now, and it's been great! The landlord is very friendly and genuinely cares about you and the building. Maintenance requests are usually responded to right away, and generally fixed within 24 hours or within the week if something needs ordered. The units are incredibly spacious and are very conveniently equipped with a dishwasher, washer, and dryer. Snow maintenance is also handled really well. I was worried when I first moved here about the hill to the parking lot potentially being icy or slippery in the winter, but the lot is plowed and salted frequently, during the snowfall and after. It's been a great experience living here!"

"I feel thankful for the safe, clean, and comfortable community this complex has provided me for the past 12 months! The community spaces, such as entrances, halls, fitness room, etc., are cleaned twice a week along with power washing the outside building and underground garage once a year. This is just a few of many reasons the building stays so well maintained. The property manager, Kirsten, is kind, accountable, and passionate about creating the environment referenced above. If you are considering moving here, I would highly recommend it!"

"I lived at ridge view for a year and it was a great experience! The property is VERY well maintained- the apartment is clean when you move in, the appliances are clean and well maintained (no issues), very clean carpet etc. I put in a maintenance request one time, and it was taken care of within 24 hours. Neighbors are nice and quiet (walls seem to be thick). The management is super pleasant, helpful, and always willing to answer questions. Overall, I highly recommend living here."

"Great property, my girlfriend and I have been living here for a month and we have no complaints. The building is only 30 units and it’s nice that it’s always clean and neighbors are quiet, we’ve never heard any noise through the walls while in our unit. Maintenance responded to the few requests we had within the week and were in and out very quickly. The underground park included in rent and the laundry in unit are great, as well as a small gym downstairs that is good enough for me to not go out and buy a gym membership. Also our proximity to downtown is perfect, you can hear a little music from Friday night live downtown but only enough to make you want to walk down there. The farmers market every Saturday morning is only a block away and we look forward to going to it soon. The only bad thing I could say is the construction on the road in front of the building which should be done before snowfall in a couple months but other than that it’s a very clean and quiet property with great amenities and tons of visitor parking."
