"Very well managed property. We lived here for 3+ years until we bought our home. Management is very quick and responsive to tenant needs. The apartments are modern and new. The attached garage, in-unit laundry, and walk-in closets are tough to find elsewhere. They are pet friendly. Located right next to the Drumlin trail. The community is quiet and private, we never even heard our neighbors. Literally my only complaint would be that you're unable to grill anywhere on the property."

"Loved everything about living here! Spacious new apartment with an attached garage and all the amenities you need. Lincolnshire is in a great location, it is in a private and quiet spot, right on the walking trail, but also near many restaurants and shopping. Perfect place for a dog with lots of space to walk, we always felt safe and comfortable with great lighted paths. Management is very nice to work with and will take care of any issues promptly."

"The price is a bit high for rent alone not to mention the only thing covered in rent is garbage pick up. All other utilities are renters responsibility, however you get what you pay for. The apartments are new, spacious and very up to date. Pets are allowed and there is plenty of room to walk your dog if you have one. The location is perfect with food,shopping, and a recreation trail all within a 3 minutes walk. The office ladies are also very friendly and helpful with tours, and questions if you have them."
