"We ordered a wedding dress with expedited shipping but the sellers mailed it too late to make it in time. I told Patrick R. our situation and he drove all the way to Oakland, where it was being processed, and hand-delivered the package within a few hours. I think other companies would have flat out told us “too bad, it’s not our fault,” but UPS delivered and we will forever grateful customers."

"Needed a part delivered today, i was never notified that they would need a signature for it. Wasnt called or anything. They should really notify you or something if they're going to need your signature because i assume they would want to be sure you're home to complete the delivery."

"They steal phones from my company all the time open packages but the second they steal a package from my house they require me to drive to the center and pick up my packages over 2 months and no call back from the manager Edit 7/29/2022 UPS back at it with the open packages and idk who verizon is but he doesn’t work for us not the first time they use wrong names for deliveries Ups still delivering damage packages and in bags like trash 10/19/22 Missing iPhone 14 pro max tags removed from box 3/22/23 Damaged and wet box both devices inside got wet But what can you expect from ups"

"Horrible experience with UPS customer support. Cant get a hold of anyone at The Monterey Facility. Its just an answering service that doesn’t gibe you much choices. Not being able to contact a business about a service is horrible customer service. There is another hotline but the associates all have a language barrier. In addition, they have no problem solving skills and they are mot directly connected to the Facility. So they can only accomplish 3 things. Also when i asked for the manager, they would not put me through to one. When I finally got a manager, he could not help me. At this time i still do not know the real status of my package. I really do not want to drive to Monterey to fix this."

"Hours of operation are surprisingly limited - this is not apparent when you place packages on hold on their own website. Drivers are under such pressure to deliver quickly that they drive too fast through neighborhoods. Packages arrive at this center at five in the morning but can't be delivered that day even for expedited shipping methods (USPS manages to deliver). UPS makes me value the US Postal Service so much more."
